Liz English gave us the best buying experience we have had yet! She ACTUALLY listened to our wishes and made sure the criteria matched the searches. She answered all of our questions no matter what time we needed her. It was such a pleasure working with someone who cares about the buyers experience and not just about her commission! Liz worked diligently with me to find the right new home for me and my kids. She was patient as I changed from one home to another and walked me through cancelling one contract to ensure I got my earnest money back. She negotiated early possession on the home I finally chose and was so responsive to all of my questions during the buying process. She has also made herself available even after the transaction to help refer local professionals for future upgrades. Liz is top notch!

We were lucky enough to literally walk into Liz at a property we viewed. We were just perusing the neighborhood on a Saturday late afternoon and wanted to see some houses, the gate guy gave us Liz's card. Even though it was a Saturday and Liz had plans she stopped what she was doing and came right out to us. She was informative, helpful, but mostly down to earth and kind. We returned the following weekend to view the same home and because we didn't have an agent signed with Liz. She was upfront about things that would be helpful to us, she was knowledgeable about getting extras, she was thoughtful and patient with our insisted upon inspector. There were many issues with the house that could've been frustrating but Liz was patient and respected our wishes. She took extra time, and was so genuine. We are an army family and she even suggested things to help us get some money back we didn't even know about. She truly wants the best for your family.In the end after the sale on move in day, Liz showed up with lunch for us and a house warming gift. Liz was awesome at helping us find a home. We’re a military family and had no experience buying a home or using the VA loan. We were coming from out of state and had limited time to actually search in person. Liz made herself available for the whole weekend we were there and was patient with us adding more homes to our search. She has stayed in contact since buying our home and has helped out even more!
