On our recent relocation to Florida, we were thrilled with the knowledge, dedication and commitment that Liz was able to offer. We were completely unfamiliar with the area. If you are looking for a top real estate agent, I recommend Liz Wilson. As a Disney World fan I wanted to be close to Disney World when we moved but really was not familiar with the area. I specified my price range, bedrooms, bathrooms, pool and interest in Championsgate. Liz selected 9 homes to view. She not only met our requirements but added requirements we didn’t think about. For example, the southern sun exposure for maximum sun and homes where there is a view but limited neighbors in the back of the house. We finally selected a house. Liz was instrumental in helping us select people to service our house. She recommended different insurance companies and strategies to get the best coverage. Liz Wilson goes the extra mile because she is thorough, knowledgeable, and tenacious in making sure her clients are happy. I highly recommend her.

Liz did an amazing job selling our villa.We bought our villa from Liz 13 years ago and as we are from the uk things are very different over here.Liz made the process so seamless that’s why when we decided to sell we used Liz again to sell our property.She knows the market inside out and got us full asking price for our property.If we bought again we wouldn’t use anyone else.Liz was amazing
