When it came time to put the house on the market we know that it was going to need a lot of work. Thanks to Loida's contact we were able to get a really good contractor at a very reasonable price. Once we had a our first open house the offers started to come in.We are very Thankful for Loida and all of the hard work that she put into making sure that we were able to fix up the place and get it sold in a reasonable amount of time.

Lodi is one of a kind. She is so thorough and knowledgeable. I was selling a house in the ironbound section of Newark and it was the most difficult case I have ever faced. She was able to navigate through all of the scams, including phony buyers and scam artists. She found the right buyer and dealt with a difficult tenancy situation. She knew the mortgage system and the town hall permit process like the back of her hand. Amazingly enough, she even helped me hire a fantastic lawyer to aid me in the whole process. On a 1-10 basis, I would give her a 99!

She was good with the knowledge but for me she was not very responsive.called few time left massages still no response for days. Didn't provide my needs.

She was horrible. I was looking at a place with her and even told her that I'd accept the offer. She stopped getting in contact with me and then rented out the apartment to someone else. She told me that the owner of the home was still working on the lease. I honestly wouldn't recommend her to anyone. She was horrible to get in contact with and she still has yet to contact me saying that the place is no longer for rent. And I want to say again I told her that I was happy to accept the offer and yet it was still rented out to someone else while I was told to wait because the lease was not yet complete. I'm honestly super disappointed by this outrageous lack of professionalism.

Started out good then kept dropping the ball, not good at communicating, doesn’t take criticism well was nasty to my husband , very distracted working on too many things at once, she needs 2 phones 1 for work , other for personal use. Always searching texts or emails. Not professional at all.
