Lori received her Real Estate License in 2010 but was very involved in the industry long before, having been involved in commercial leases, sales, and financing. She is very in tune with the new construction process and building process, having built two of her own homes. Lori is a strong negotiator and advisor to both her buyers and sellers. Her experience in NNN leases, 1031 exchanges, 21E, and SBA loans makes her an asset to her clients. Lori’s clients describe her as honest, hardworking, and diligent- she is not in it for the sale! She treats her buyer and seller clients like family and has created many wonderful relationships through the years. When you combine all of Lori’s experience with her degree in accounting and a certificate in staging, you know you are in good hands!
What made you want to join Lamacchia Realty?
“I have been wanting to grow my business and be able to better serve my clients with more tools. Watching the Crush it videos inspired me to make a move to a company with so much more support, training, and excitement.”
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
“Outside of work I like riding horses, walking, pilates, biking, boating, volunteering and just being adventurous and active with my family.”
Do you have a favorite charity?
“My favorite charity is Our Neighbors Table in Amesbury.”
What is your favorite thing about your job?
“My favorite part about my job is forming relationships and helping people make educated decisions about buying or selling.”
Do you have any pets?
“I have a Newfoundland dog named Millie.”

Lori was very knowledgeable of the local market and also very helpful assisting me in preparing my home for sale. with the market comps she researched and the way she put together the listing i believe i got 15% more for my home then expected. She was attentive and handled our closing smoothly, even though we were remote sellers. I cannot give enough praise to Lori. Lori could not have been better. Always called back to answer questions. She was extremely patient with us as it took about 3 years for us to make up our minds about selling. She guided us through the selling process in an effortless manor. Very respectful of our wishes and concerns. We highly recommend Lori to anyone who is even just thinking about selling their house.
