I have now lived in the Lawton-Ft. Sill area for over 20 years. I am proud to be able to not only say that Lawton is "my" hometown. Lawton is a great place to live and is a community that gives tremendous support to our Military family and friends.

Lorie is unbelievable. When we moved in to the area Lorie showed us houses and we ended up buying one. When we moved Lorie became our property manager and we had a great experience with all the services provided. Just when I was getting discouraged about selling my house with another realtor, I reached out to Lorie since I knew she specialized in selling homes in my area. Right off the bat, Lorie provided me with a professional market analysis, took professional photos after she advised me about staging and then even had aerial photos and a video of my property produced. I stress to her that communication was a key factor for me and she delivered. She always alerted me when there was a requested showing, she always followed up with the feedback from the showing and she just kept in touch so I knew she was on the job, working on my behalf. I really like the fact that she blasted my listing information all over social media and on her website in order to attract the attention I needed from potential buyers. Her website provides very important and pertinent information for potential buyers about the area your house is in, such as school information, so there is no questions or surprises concerning the location. Lorie's marketing strategy is just what I needed to sell my house and it was such a pleasure working with her since she is not pushy or overbearing. Like any homeowner, I had specific expectations in mind for the person I was hiring to to sell my house and Lorie came through like a rock star. We purchased a home for my wife's parents. Lorie was the perfect realtor for us. We came from out of state, so a lot of things that normally happen in person had to happen over the phone. She was incredibly accommodating and responsive. Throughout the entire process we truly felt that Lorie had our best interest in mind. She is incredibly transparent and helpful. She was really great at understanding our needs and showing us lots of options in our price range. I really appreciate that she was honest about each house we saw. If there were issues with a certain house she was very honest and called out the issues. I always knew that she wanted us in the best possible house and that was so comforting. We flew to Lawton to meet with a Realtor who we had an appointment with to look at some housesNeedless to say they where to busy to meet us So we scrambled to find a Realtor and called Lorie out of the blues She was busy but made time for usShe showed us houses, She gave us addresses to go view houses so she can make her previous appointmentsShe worked with us the whole weekends even in the eveningShe is fantastic and there for you We felt like we knew her for years We found a house gave a bid and flew home The seller bid back and we counter All this while we are in California We agreed on a price and bought the house Lorie handled everything while we where in California We even bought a piece of property from her a year later We will be looking to build there with Lories helpYou need a Relator call Lorie
