Thank you for viewing my site and considering me as your agent. I love this business and it has been my pleasure to work with consumers over the last 10-12 years. I represent both Buyers and Sellers The goal in representing either party is to ensure that you are well represented and that you come out of the transaction feeling successful about the interaction and the results.
I started real estate after a good deal of years in the corporate market working in both the legal and HR fields and therefore have a well rounded understanding of the skills necessary to conduct a successful negotiation. Customer service, I believe is the most important aspect of the job in that my role is to service my clients by education, coordination of a team, i.e., lender, inspector, appraisal and ultimate Closing attorney personnel to get a home purchased or sold.
I love the Atlanta metro area and believe it is an ideal and lovely area to raise a family and become part of a community. I have raised two children here and believe that the area was helpful in giving them a well-rounded appreciation of family and life in general. My husband and I love to travel, camp, and have a great appreciation of music, movies and the theatre.
Let me help you find the home that meets your income, lifestyle, and community. It would be my absolute pleasure to do so!
Loys White
