About Lucia Findley

With a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Accounting & Business Administration, my former career in banking and investor relations taught me the importance of good communication. Interacting with people has been the most gratifying part of my professional life. I have over 14 years of combined experience in mortgage lending and real estate. I was born and raised in Lima, Peru (where I met my husband Tom) and have 2 adult children. In addition to English, I speak Spanish and Portuguese.

Selling or buying a home is always an exciting experience but can be stressful. I’m here to help my clients through the process with the least stress possible. Each purchase or sale is unique, and I have the skills to get my clients to their specific goals. Principles that guide my work are honesty, integrity, hard work and a high level of empathy with clients. I’m proud to be part of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Lakeside Realty, a real estate firm with a strong work ethic and the highest level of professionalism.
