With a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Accounting & Business Administration, my former career in banking and investor relations taught me the importance of good communication. Interacting with people has been the most gratifying part of my professional life. I have over 14 years of combined experience in mortgage lending and real estate. I was born and raised in Lima, Peru (where I met my husband Tom) and have 2 adult children. In addition to English, I speak Spanish and Portuguese.

We used Lucia Findley, Crye--Leike Realtors recently to find a replacement rental house. As this was a 1301 exchange we only had 45 days to find and declare the replacement. Lucia not only found us a great house and but was instrumental in negotiating the deal.
