We needed to sell our home for the highest possible price ahead of an unexpected move. Lucy came to our home, talked about the current state of our home (pretty good) and how to help our house show at it's best. She brought in a licensed contractor to add square footage, install granite countertops, replace dated fixtures, stain the deck and give the outside a fresh coat of paint. She consulted with us frequently to be sure that the cost of upgrading the home were within the necessary budget. Her friendly and talented team made such a difference in what we already thought was a beautiful home. And then she had the house professionally cleaned, staged and photographed. Wow! Our home was immaculate! The people who walked through were impressed. It took a few weeks to get the right offer (thanks to COVID-19). The offer was just what we needed it to be.Aside from the actual business of selling a home, Lucy checked in with us often to be sure that we and our family were doing ok. Moving is a stressful time and we always felt that her concern was for us, her clients, not just for the sale. Her caring service and expertise were extremely comforting during this whole process.

I would highly recommend Lucy and Michelle. It was the first time I had ever sold and bought a house by myself and I couldn't have done it without their help. Lucy was extremely patient with all my concerns and helped me through several meltdowns. Because of how dedicated she was to helping me I was able to sell my home for much more than I had expected and purchase a home that I love.

Lucy Bangerter is an incredible Real Estate agent and a wonderful human being. When we moved to Texas my friend recommended Lucy who was the agent that helped her find her home. Lucy helped us find a beautiful house close to my duaghter's gym and a great school district for my son. After 4 years, our family was ready to move again, out of state, and we called Lucy.
