I am a Texas Real Estate Broker with over ten years of experience. Specialties include second/vacation properties, vacation rental management, and buyer/seller representation. I am the past owner of Pointe West Properties, a vacation real estate brokerage, offering sales services plus turn-key vacation rental management solutions for owners. Pointe West Properties managed up to 55 vacation rental properties at a time. In December 2014, I sold the brokerage to Vacasa, the top international vacation rental management company, as their first Texas acquisition.
Before entering the real estate field, I worked as a high school chemistry teacher. I continue to draw on this analytical background as my talents include evaluating market data and other information for clients, ensuring I can always provide the most relevant and up-to-date knowledge necessary for getting a property sold.

We can't say enough about Lyndsey she is friendly, "down to earth" and professional. She made our search and purchase very easy. We can not recommend her more, she had told us some clients buy immediately (we did) and some take a couple of years but that's okay, all in the game. She didn't push us in the least. Lyndsey has provided me with analysis on numerous properties - pro and con - no nonsense. She has a talent for accurately projecting revenue, income and expense from vacation rental properties.
