I am a Texas Real Estate Broker with 16 years of experience selling waterfront & coastal properties. My expertise is in second homes, STR investments, and the waterfront lifestyle!
I bring a unique perspective to this niche due to my experience in management side of the vacation rental business as the owner of Pointe West Properties.The company managed up to 55 vacation rental properties before becoming a part of Vacasa’s portfolio in December 2014 as their first Texas acquisition.
As a Broker, Lyndsey focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with her clients, and she takes her role as their trusted advisor very seriously. Lyndsey's sales background gives her special insight into the purchase of second home & vacation rental investments, where she gets a chance to protect her clients' needs further and look out for their best interests throughout the transaction.
Before entering the real estate field, Lyndsey worked as a high school science teacher. She continues to draw on this analytical background as she evaluates market data and other information for her clients, ensuring she can always provide the most relevant and up-to-date knowledge.
Lyndsey attended the University of Oklahoma, ultimately transferring to graduate from Texas A&M University in 2003. Currently, she enjoys playing golf and fishing with her three children in League City. Lyndsey is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Houston Association of Realtors, and the Galveston Association of Realtors.

Lyndsey has provided me with analysis on numerous properties - pro and con - no nonsense. She has a talent for accurately projecting revenue, income and expense from vacation rental properties. We can't say enough about Lyndsey she is friendly, "down to earth" and professional. She made our search and purchase very easy. We can not recommend her more, she had told us some clients buy immediately (we did) and some take a couple of years but that's okay, all in the game. She didn't push us in the least.
