About Lynn Brock

Brock Realty was established in 2007 by Lynn Brock, a 20 year+ veteran of the local Sarasota real estate industry. We are client focused which means we work hard on the right things for the client for the overall success of the transaction experience and successful closing. Beginning with a warm smile and handshake when listing a property, we conduct extensive market research to best position it as a “sparkling home” in capturing high buyer attention, offers and manage contract to closing with expertise, patience, and skill.

Our agents have the technical skills and professional knowledge to provide excellent real estate services AND have the customer focus skills to appreciate the client’s world and work to improve it.
