I only had one contact with Lynn Colligan. He showed me a house and provided me with information on working with real estate agents. He is a very pleasant person to deal with, answered all my questions, was very patient. He also followed up by providing me with other listings similar to the one he showed me.I would be pleased to work with him again.

We were looking to buy a house in NC. We were living in MA at the time. He helped us all the way through the process. We came to NC to look at houses. He showed us 3 houses in 3 different areas. Once we went back to MA he continued to help. He stayed in contact with the owner and he walked us through the whole process. He was there for the inspections since we couldn't come back from MA. We had a hard time finding a buyer for our house so he kept contacting the homeowner for extensions. He even contacted the realtor we had in MA to help on that end. If we ever move again here in NC I will definitely call him to help!

Lynn has been very helpful and has gone way beyond to help me find and buy the right home. He has been honest with me and has worked hard assisting me with every phase of buying and selling my home. A treasure to find someone during this daunting process that you know is working hard for you! I would recommend him highly to assist in selling or buying a home.
