Since the day we met we knew that Mac-Abbas would take care of us. They guide us thru all the process and help us find the perfect house. Hi highly recommend Mac and Abbas Alpha Equity team. It is a challenging market these days for buyers. Mac helped us to find something we love AND applied his A number one negotiating skills to help us win the deal over other potential buyers. He then helped us to negotiate down after the inspection came through. He also has expertise in lease agreements which was critical as the sellers wanted a post closing agreement. He was there every step of the way.Mac and his team are extremely responsive. We had a group text set up by Mac and someone was always available to answer any questions and resolve needs very quickly. They really took the hassle out of this process and represented us very well.
