Magda is an amazing realtor. I was living in another state and she had to work mostly with my husband who is working in Florida. She was so helpful and patient. I would fly down and look at homes that sold immediately. This was during Covid which added to the stress. When I would go back up north, she would look with my husband and they would FaceTime me and keep me in the loop. My husband worked with her before Covid,and as soon as possible during Covid. We found a beautiful home and closed last week. Could not have done it without her...Such a kind person and the patience of a saint.. Also so knowledgeable. Always current on the market, availability and appropriate prices...

If there were any levels above five stars, I would give them to her. I can't thank her enough. She was right there throughout the whole process and if I ever had any questions she was easy to reach and always had the right answers. I have bought numerous properties over the years and I can not remember any agent more professional or knowledgeable than Magda.

Throughout the entire process of looking for and purchasing our new home, Magda was extremely helpful & was always willing to do more for us. Magda was outstanding to work with. She asked questions about where we wanted to look, and the type of homes we wanted to see. Also as we found homes on Zillow she would give us the comps etc on the market and area. Her knowledge of the market and willingness to search for homes that we wanted to look at was outstanding.

Magda was a true joy to work with. She made the purchase of our property easy and seamless. She was a true joy to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. Magda was recommended to me from a friend, and I'm extremely glad we decided to work with her. Before I had even made the firm decision to buy, I contacted Magda who gladly started looking for properties for me. I live in a different state and she sent me many different houses in many different areas. With her expertise and knowledge she was able to locate property in the locations I would be happy with.When I was able to travel and see Magda, she was on the ball and ready with a schedule of listings and locations. I was under a time limit to purchase something and Magda's skills were far above what I could have ever expected. Before closing Magda did the walk through of the property on her own and found an unfortunate water leak. She notified myself and the sellers agent promptly. The situation was rectified in a timely manner. I had full confidence while working with Magda, and I know without a doubt, this process would not have been as seamless if I had gone with someone else. I would recommend Magda Paszkowski to all of my friends or family who are looking to sell or purchase a property with ease.
