I often say I’m not in the business of real estate, but in the business of making dreams come true. That doesn’t mean finding houses for a buyer or getting the highest amount of money for the seller. Not exclusively, at least. It’s much more than that: it’s caring for their needs, understanding their anxieties, predicting potential pitfalls and basically looking for ways to make the uncertain process of buying or selling a house not only easier, but more enjoyable. In the end, my goal as a Real Estate Agent is to facilitate things for my clients turning a lengthy and complex transaction into a pleasing memory.
Sure, my marketing abilities come in handy – especially in this ever-changing world with new digital trends popping up daily – but my main strength is my credibility. I’ve been working hard on this asset ever since I got my license. I’m constantly studying the market because when my client asks me something I have to have the correct response at the tip of my tongue. I have not only a fiduciary responsibility to my client but also a moral one. So, transparency is really important in my book because, to me, Real Estate is not only about properties and money. It’s about people. I never take for granted the fact that people are trusting me not with their house or apartment; but their home. I take that responsibility seriously and put on a (fair) fight for them.
Over time I have earned the respect and recognition of this community that I love so much. Together with my family, that’s my most prized possession. A dream come true. Remember I said I was in the business of making dreams come true? Well, I don’t intend on waking up from this one. So you can count on me to make your dream come true because by doing so I'll be living a dream of my own. Let’s dream together!

It was a great pleasure working with Maggie. My husband and I had been looking for a house for almost two years. We worked with other agents before we met with Maggie and I wished we knew Maggie earlier. Maggie helped us to buy our first house in Newtown, the house that we had been looking for such a long time. Maggie is a very responsible person, she knows the real estate market inside out. She was always available for us to give us advice, answer our questions, and follow up our calls/requests. She didn't try to sell us whatever was available on real estate market. She was patience and helped us to find our dream house. I can’t say enough about my positive experience using Maggie Coe as my real estate agent. From listing to closing, she had all the answers and the best suggestions. Need to get your house ready to show? She’ll tell you the best way to stage it. Need to make some minor repairs? She has a roster of handymen reasonably priced, fast, and professional. We listed my house at her suggested price point, had more than a dozen showings the first week, and an offer soon after. We closed within another 30 days after accepting the offer. I credit Maggie for all of that. I recommend her without reservation.

It's hard to even begin to describe the level of service I received from Maggie Coe. Not only is she a consummate professional in every aspect of the word, but she has gone above and beyond the call to provide me with extra care during a difficult time. During the process of selling my home, my father sadly took ill, and eventually passed away. Maggie went out of her way to do things for me that I can't imagine many realtors would — or even could. She helped me obtain contractors to take care of painting, repairs, etc. She arranged meetings and showings to accommodate my changing schedule while I was, at first. caring for my father, and ultimately, arranging his funeral and settling his estate. She negotiated prudently on my behalf, and did anything and everything possible to exceed my every expectation. It was like having a family member looking out for my best interests every step of the way. I could not more highly recommend her services. You're absolutely in the BEST hands with Maggie Coe!

We just recently purchased our first home, and had the pleasure of working with Maggie. I could not imagine working with anyone else. While house hunting can be fun and exciting, it can also be stressful. She was on top of everything and basically took most of the stress and worry away.
