Out of the country and new to Atlanta Real estate market as investor, I was looking for a property to buy and rent out, Maggy was recommended to me by a friend. Maggy showed absulut knowledge of the market, had complete understanding of my needs as investor, she was available at all times, friendly, warm, patience, professional and persistent and high level of negotiation skill during the whole process, until she found me the place i wanted, in my budget and area i wanted. Maggy was recommended by our lender when our previous realtor turned out to be a total flop. We gave her a call and got more done in a day with her than we did with the previous realtor in 2 weeks. She had answers to all our questions and helped us all the way through the process. Couldn't have asked for more out of a realtor!

Maggy was great... She was always available no matter the time... She was very understanding to our situation moving out of state... She knew the area and the market which made selling pretty quick and painless... She was very helpful even after the sale... She became more of a friend then just a realtor... My husband and I were referred to Maggy by our mortgage broker. At the time we met Maggy, not only we were first time home buyers, we were also looking to relocate from Boston.
