I would not recommend Manny to anyone that is looking to buy a house in the Clermont area. In the month or so I worked with Manny he only recommended 3 houses. Otherwise I was doing alot of searching and research on my own as he is not that familiar with the area.

Our home buying experience with Manny was absolutely wonderful! He was extremely accommodating and did everything he could to make sure we got the house that would make us happy. My husband and I live in the Tampa Bay area, and Manny was willing to drive out from Orlando anytime we found a house we wanted to see and would work around our availability with school and work. Not being from the area, Manny did extensive research to be able to speak from knowledge and provide us with as much information as possible. In addition to him catering to our schedules, Manny was so helpful in finding us a reliable and competitive lender to suit our needs. Even with all the uncertainty surrounding the pandemic, Manny made sure our wants/needs were met and made us feel secure in throughout the process. He also made sure to truly inspect every home and give his honest and expert opinion to make sure we got the best home at a fair price. At the end of the process, when it came time to close, Manny continuously checked in to make sure we were prepared for our move encouraging us to utilize the free moving concierge service his company offers and he was right there with us to welcome us to our new home. What seemed like a scary and uncertain process, turned out to be an enjoyable and stress free experience thanks to Manny. We highly recommend.

We moved from 2 separate states and so many things had to be done over the internet but Many took the time for online and meeting us in person. Even took time away from preparing his house for a possible hurricane to make sure we were able to see as many homes as possible before the storm. Thanks for making us a Top priority

Before start working with Manny I was looking houses with 2 different realtors; I saw the process a difficult and complicated one, then I know Manny. Without a doubt he is the best realtor. I start work with him and was totally different, I notice that I was working with a person dedicate to his work, with experience and with professionalism. In less of three month I had the home of my dreams. In conclusion I NEVER but Never will change Manny for other realtor.

Manny is an exceptional realtor with a vast knowledge of the market in the greater orlando area.
