Started process to look for home between Christmas and New Year's. Despite being the holiday season, Mara spent a lot of effort locating the home I purchased. She understood my wants and needs and we found the right home on our first day, closing within 6 weeks. Since it was a foreclosure it seemed a lot more complicated than the last home I had purchased 20 years ago, and the paperwork was extensive. Nevertheless she kept on top of the process and things went smoothly. She took charge of my bank and the seller. I had a tight deadline to buy and we made it with 30 days to spare. She was not pushy and steered me in the right direction. Very friendly and always responsive. Job well done.
