Marcia was wonderful to work with on all levels. She gave us great advice and really listened to what we wanted in a home. Marcia always got back to us promptly if we were unable to get hold of her directly and gave us fantastic support all the way through the home buying process and afterwards. If you are looking for a real estate agent, you are at the right page. In our experience - 6 different transactions, dealing with 12 different agents representing different parties - Marcia has been the best by a good stretch. She knows the area very well as any good agent should. But she also a has great intuition on the timings and ebbs and flows of the market. She helped us set a great price, marketed our home well, helped us navigate through multiple offers within the first few days. Most importantly she was always there, always available, very responsive, and giving very honest response to all the questions we had. Additionally, she was always ready to help us out in any way she could, even after we closed. You will select an agent, but gain a great friend.If we were to be buying again in the area, only one agent we'd want representing us.

Marcia was an extraordinary sales representative. She made the sale of my home so easy. She extended herself and was there for me whenever I called her. Marcia suggested ideas as to how I can improve my home to get a better market price. Upon completion of the upgrades Marcia was there preparing the house on the final touches for the house to be put up for sale. Marcia extending herself and all the pressure was taken off of me. Marcia treated my home as if it were her home. It was my pleasure to have Marcia sell my home. I would recommend Marcia to anyone that is selling there home. Marcia is simply the best! Our budget was low and we were looking for a house in any condition but in a great neighborhood were the schools were great. We rented in Summit for 12 years while we worked on our credit, saved money for down payment and waited for the prices and rates to come down :) We lost three houses because of better cash offers, but she helped us find the perfect house for us, and guided us through the scary (and complex) process of buying our first home.

Marcia went above and beyond in helping us find the right home for the right price. Marcia expertly advised us through negotiations with the seller. During inspection, we needed to get a number of estimates on potential structural, electrical and pluming repairs. In each instance, because we were living in the City with a new baby at the time, and it was incredibly difficult for us to get out to North Jersey, Marcia arranged to meet the contractors at the property herself. I think she was back and forth to that house 10 times during inspection. The contractors that Marcia recommended were all extremely professional, competent and courteous, and we had great experiences across the board--she truly knows her business. I would recommend Marcia to anyone--in fact, I have recommended her to friends and family in their home searches. We all agree that Marcia is a first rate agent, and a pleasure to know.

I'll forever be grateful we met Marcia at the beginning of our home search, and today we are homeowners and so happy! Marcia showed us house after house and was beyond patient with things we didn't think were right for our family. And when we walked out of a house one day and I knew it was the one, she helped make the whole process so easy and so seamless, from the negotiations, to the inspection, to closing the house all during a pandemic.
