About Marcia Nwosu

I have been an active real estate professional since 1999. My focus has been on residential sales in the Wash DC metropolitan area. My numerous awards from PG Bd of Realtors including Gold and Platinum Awards attest to the excellence I bring to my clients. This year I have successfully closed several transactions including foreclosures and "short sales". Due to prevailing market conditions most sales now fall into one of these 2 categories. I have therefore kept updated on the market and various homeowner programs which have bagged me designations like SFR(short sale & foreclosure) cert, CDPE(certified distressed property expert) and REO certified. My background spans numerous cultures including Caribbean and West African. I hold a BA in French/English and an MA in Educ. Admin from Cathoilc University, Wash DC. I love the excitement and unpredictability of the real estate world and plan to only progress in this career. I foresee a challenging but bright future ahead.
