I won't pressure you to buy a more expensive house or investment. I won't tell you what you want to hear just to convince you to hire me as a listing agent. Suggesting a higher listing price than another agent, just to get your business, is not what I do. I want you to be happy at closing and feel like the experience was an honest and upfront one. Your needs come first; not my bank account.
