I have been selling and listing real estate for 29 years. My experience helps my customers in marketing their home or in search of a new home, and arriving at "Their Goal."

I have guided young couples through the process of working with banks, making an offer on a property, purchase & sale agreements, home inspections, commitment letters, right to the closing on their new property.  I am pleased to say my first time home buyers have been very happy at the results.

I also like to work with the folks that are moving up the ladder of larger homes. It is exciting for them as well as myself. A lot of preparation must take part in this process to reach the goal of my customers. That is why I say, "I am dedicated to your Success!" We will work together as a team, using my expertise in real estate.

There are also the customers I have helped downsize. Life's circumstances can make this a very emotional time for many. I make the move as easy as possible. With all my experiences, I must say I get the most satisfaction out of arriving at "Our Goal".
