Never had a better experience with a realtor than Mariangel! We were in process of selling in another town, and frankly Mariangel should have gotten the commission since she did more work on that sale than the realtor we were using. She took care of every detail on both ends and got it done despite the timing being in the middle of hurricane Harvey. She negotiated a price for the new home that was perfect, and clearly showed she had our interests well above her own as agent. Would use her every time!

We were selling my parents house as an estate property. The house needed quite a bit of updating to bring top dollar. Mariangel pointed me to a group of contractors that were 1) Reasonable, 2) Honest, 3) Quick to respond. The finished product was GOURGEOUS!! Listed the house and had a contract within 24hrs!!We <3 Mariangel!!

Mariangel was was exceptional in all areas. Her attention to detail and timeliness of advice was superb. She went above and beyond in handling our property as though it was her own. In spite of occasional setbacks, she remained positive and optimistic and helped us get our house sold during the holidays (closed Dec 30th). She put our welfare first at all times.

Mariangel Went above and beyond in my opinion. On top of everything and her knowledge of the inns and outs of selling a house were remarkable. We sold our house very fast and even got a little more than what we expected.We have went through the experience before and it was not fun but Mariangel made selling our house and buying our new house a wonderful experience again.
