About Marianna L. Pereira

Marianna worked in interior design and architecture for 17 years, handling projects ranging from residential single-family homes to commercial high rises, before moving to New Jersey in 2001. As a single mother of two boys, Marianna wanted to provide a better life for her and her family. Due to her previous career as an interior designer, Marianna decided to get into Real Estate and has not stopped ever since. Her passion for homes and impacting people's lives has kept her motivated and up for any challenges. Providing service in Spanish and English.

20 years of experience later, Marianna has listings and clients all over central New Jersey. Her work ethic, experience, and client-first mentality have left sellers and buyers beyond content with the best experience possible. Marianna has made a reputation of being direct, trustworthy, and compassionate to her customers and her peers. The majority of her clients come to her referred from others as Marianna is committed to the highest level of personal service. She has experience and history working with a wide range of property scenarios; from standard, bank-owned, and short sales, to distress and investment properties.

In her free time, she enjoys road trips, doing home improvement projects, and cooking with her husband of 17 years. She loves to read, exercise, and paint. Marianna is proud to be called Nana by her two beautiful grandchildren, who she enjoys seeing as often as possible.
