We have had property in North Idaho ever since moving back to the Pacific Northwest in 2004. We had an excellent experience with Marianne Mabbitt! She was so knowledgeable about the process and kept us informed about next steps all along the way. We were eager to sell our rental property after a total redo, but she made sure we did that without undercutting ourselves and made sure we got what the house was worth. We still had offers in less than a week!! No doubt she got us a great return on our investment, and helped someone who had never sold a house before navigate everything!!! We had a trickier than usual sale (involving a will, a foreign recipient of funds, "forest status" for part of the property, and Covid delays). When Marianne ran up against something she didn't already know, she quickly reached out to other experts for help. She also helped with some of the cleaning, arranged for necessary last minute repairs, and made useful suggestions for the disposition of some household items.Marianne knew this was an emotionally difficult sale for us and was very good about cheerfully keeping us on track and calming our anxiety.

Extremely nice and willing to help. Patient and will try to answer all your questions in a timely manner. I switched agents when I needed to see a house ASAP and my previous agent was unavailable. Marianne made time for me, showed me all the houses available that day, and the main one I wanted to see, well now I own it.

I had Marianne list a family home for us and it went so smoothly and painless I was surprised. She took a lot of time and work to make it look as good as it could for the buyers to look at. She has a lot of knowledge and experience and it shows. She was very approachable and very easy to work with. That experience was a while ago but I have reached out to her a few more times about various other real-estate related topics and she is always there to answer the questions for me. Marianne is the consummate professional. She knows her stuff and is extremely knowledgeable in how to best present your house. She was masterful at keeping us on track, but also compassionate to the family dynamics that were impacting our move forward. We had not lived in this house for many hears and it was in sad disarray. Marianne helped us stay focus on the importance of what the prospective buyer would be looking at. She did research on comparable properties being sold to insure we were pricing our house accordingly. Her experience and knowledge of real estate sales is very impressive. Marianne is the only realtor we would every use again and will recommend to anyone we know. We feel Marianne went over and above what is typical of an agent, with the help of her husband John, were the driving factors that helped us sell our family home.
