Whatever your real estate needs are, if you are lucky to get Marianne Princetta - you've hit the jackpot!!! She has expertise in her field, is reliable, honest, caring and efficient. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Marianne when we were relocating from NY to SC - It was a very trying time for us, however Marianne made it all work with her very capable understanding of our needs and time frame. We were constantly on the phone and when we would come down to SC she had homes lined up for us to see and did not waste our time. Once we made our selection she guided us through the entire process - and while there were a few bumps in the road none of which were her fault - Marianne was on it in a split second and had everything ironed out immediately. One thing about Marianne is that she is all about her clients and their requirements - you are not just a commission to her. A rare jewel in the rough!!! Marianne assisted us both with the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one. If not for her knowledge of the market place, her recommendations on what needed to be done to make our home more attractive and the many websites used to list our home, we would probably still be in it rather than enjoying our new home. When it became obvious that it would sell, she seemed to have an endless supply of homes to send us that met the requirements that we had given her. She was always ready and willing to meet us for a viewing. She always had the answers to our questions and if she didn't would do the research to provide them.

I would highly recommend using the personable, professional lady.

I can not say enough good things about Marianne. She guided us through our first process, carefully and patiently explaining each step of the way and was so protective of our interest. She listened to our needs and helped us stay focused on our wants and needs and finding the perfect balance and combination of both.

Marianne Princetta helped my husband and me with our relocation from Connecticut to South Carolina. She worked with us from the initial internet contact through and past the closing by answering questions, taking us to tour properties, making and submitting the offer, obtaining the inspection, and making the closing arrangements. Additionally, she has been available to answer questions about the area in order to make our transition and acclamation to the area speedy and comfortable. She is highly knowledgeable and professional. I have and will continue to recommend her highly.

Marianne was excellent in getting us into seeing homes immediately, and setting things into motion once we were under contract. She addressed our questions ASAP as well, which was so appreciated, having come from out of state to SC. She helps us get it done! We are grateful!
