My broker, Marie Murphy, comes highly recommended by me due to the fact that I believed my situation was unique, but to Marie, it appeared to be feasible and obtainable. After a short time, Marie received an offer on my property which she negotiated for me to get the best value and bang for my buck. She then negotiated the terms of my new purchase which to me seemed far out of reach. Again, it became obtainable. We sold on a Thursday and moved my belongings into a moving truck which was parked outside the old property until Monday morning when papers were passed on my new property. Marie worked relentlessly over the weekend to see me pass papers on Monday for my new home. Her knowledge and professionalism made it less stressful for me. Highly recommended. Highly appreciated.
