They say that GOD put people in your path for a reason. I'm glad that Mark Bertini was placed in my path and it goes without question, that Mark was the MOST Prefessional, kind and an ALL out GOOD person. Mark at know point during our property tours suggested that I should consider this or that. I REALLY appreciated how he gave me the reigns, but didn't let me pull the trigger on properties that appear to be a money pit or out right not so much. I tell anyone that's looking for a true, real professional realtor and one that's LISTEN to their client Mark is that person. He'll be with you throughout the process and answer any all questions to help you make that ultimate home investment.

Exactly a year ago today, I closed on my first home in DC with the help of Mark Bertini. I was matched with Mark through a military veterans referral service and my overall experience with him could not have been better. Mark was very knowledgeable and responsive which made the home buying process for me a very smooth and painless one. Highly recommend!

Mark was available and supportive throughout the home buying process. He has a deep understanding of the local real estate market that enabled him to provide insights on particular properties that saved me time and money. Mark's network of home buying experts (inspectors, insurers, title company...etc.) provided the same level of professional support that Mark provided. Mark is truly a full service realtor and has continued to provide regular support as I settle in with my new property. Mark helped us with all the details of preparing our apartment for sale. We were out of the country for almost all of the process and we relied entirely upon him. He went way beyond the expected, communicating always with us, responding promptly, and attending to even the smallest details. We would recommend him without reservation and will ask him to handle any real estate business we may have in the future. We have dealt with Mark both buying an apartment and selling this one. He's great!

We had the pleasure of having Mark as our realtor when we recently purchased our home near Washington, DC. Mark came highly recommended to us by friends who also purchased a house with Mark as their realtor. He did not disappoint and their recommendation didn’t begin to describe Mark’s enthusiastic support throughout the entire process. Because we were on a tight timeline to buy, Mark even started working with us by showing us houses over the holidays. By far the BEST REALTOR ever. He is extremely knowledgable about the real estate market in DC, MD, and VA and an extremely well negotiator when it comes to short sales and buyers agents. Hands down, he is the best realtor that I have worked with!!!!
