Mark helped me over a two-three year period find a lot, even though what I was looking for was difficult to find, i.e, not much came on the market that met my criteria. Nevertheless, mark was patient and very helpful -- including being helpful and a valuable resource after the sale. Even better than that, was his deep knowledge and understanding of everything real estate and related issues in and around Cape Coral/North Fort Myers (generally, Lee County). I highly recommend Mark.

I feel I made a true friend with my realtor. He did a lot of leg work for me. Was very patient in taking me to several homes and areas to show me the difference. When I changed my plans mid stream--he just kept right on working for me. He did and outstanding job. He also knows the area very well--the ins and outs, the festivals, the shopping, the main routes to get through town easily. He also knows lots of friends in other businesses to help get things done once you own your home. Like I said I feel I made a friend in this whole process. Great job Mark.

Mark is outstanding !!!! During the process I had a major heart attack, Mark Metten jumped right into action went above and beyond to save our Purchase and close on our house. Without him we would have lost our house we so much wanted. My wife and I highly recommend
