Mark is an excellent realtor. He knows what he's doing and he knows what not to do. He is professional and well mannered. He has a full life with a wife and children. He balances the two well. He gets excited about his responsibilities as a Realtor. He is caring and understanding. I was glad to have him representing me and leading the way to both a sale and a purchase of houses.

Mark truly cares, and his expertise makes him an absolute best!We known Mark for over 10years. He did help us to look at houses back in 2010 but we weren’t quite ready. When we contacted Mark again Summer 2023 he remembered us and quickly jumped to help us looking for homes. While the journey was about 5 months Mark was always available for viewings late nights and weekends! Our entire family enjoyed time spent with Mark while we were looking at homes. Mark helped us find our last two homes. He is honest and hard-working and will treat a lower budget client just as well as someone with the ability to spend more. He even helped us save money on our mortgage. We saved thousands of dollars on our V.A. home loan after he referred us to a different broker. In addition, he helped us renegotiate $5,000 in repair costs with the seller. I highly recommend Mark for his excellent work ethic and valuable years of experience.

Mark goes above and beyond. Knows all you can about remodeling, and is always happy to answer any questions. Very fair and honest. Knows everything from the broad trends down to what is the best kind of paint or tile. Has been there/ done that, which really comes in handy.

Mark is a very competent realtor. I was in my 9th month of pregnancy and he went out of his way to ensure the process of selling my house was stress-free and simple. He sold my house within one day of it being back on the market after a history of it being on there for several months.
