Marlon is fortunate to have served in the United States Marine Corps.  They instilled Honor, Courage, and Commitment the core values of the Marines.  Marlon have been influence and taught by many people throughout his life.  He is very thankful and forever grateful to the best teachers, who has influence and shape the man he is today are his parents.   
Prior to earning his Real Estate License, and after studying Accounting in Hawaii Pacific University 2003 while in the service as a U.S. Marine.  Marlon continued to further his education and earned his Masters in Business Administration in University of Phoenix in 2010.  Has worked for International Bank of Commerce (IBC), Wells Fargo and Bank of America.  Marlon's 12 years experience in the banking industry requires professionalism to the highest standard,  determination, art of negotiation and perseverance.  Today, as a Real Estate Professional , he brings those qualities and skills and talent.    Marlon is married to Gwen for 15 years, with three children.  Two daughters and a son.   Ciara the oldest and Victoria the middle child and a son name Khalel whom all goes to the Herricks School District.
