Marta has worked in the real estate industry since 2005. She decided to join Engel & Völkers, Tysons because of the brokerage’s alignment with her own values. Engel & Völkers

As an experienced Realtor, Marta is passionate about negotiating on behalf of her clients to ensure their desired outcome. She enjoys establishing relationships, locating the precise home for buyers, and connecting buyers and sellers. your next home. She believes in delivering informed, targeted and reliable assistance to all
prospective home owners.


Marta was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She joined the military after graduating from college
and was a Maryland resident until she got married and moved to Northern Virginia. Marta and her family have lived in the Washington DC Metropolitan area for over 30 years. Her daughter attended the local schools in Fairfax County and now attends the University of Michigan. Marta stays active in the local schools and is a Virginia High School Gymnastics Judge. Her ties to the
community make her intimately familiar with all aspects of NOVA living, from the school systems to traffic patterns (commuting times), and everything in between.
In her spare time, Marta enjoys the outdoors, good food, and watching sports, especially gymnastics.
