Marta was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She joined the military after graduating from college
and was a Maryland resident until she got married and moved to Northern Virginia. Marta and her family have lived in the Washington DC Metropolitan area for over 30 years. Her daughter attended the local schools in Fairfax County and now attends the University of Michigan. Marta stays active in the local schools and is a Virginia High School Gymnastics Judge. Her ties to the
community make her intimately familiar with all aspects of NOVA living, from the school systems to traffic patterns (commuting times), and everything in between.
In her spare time, Marta enjoys the outdoors, good food, and watching sports, especially gymnastics.
Marta is Broker Price Opinion (BPO), Military Relocation Program (MRP) and Accredited Buyer
Specialist (ABR) certified.

On 2014 I met Marta during an open house. I was interested in buying that property and also asked her to represent me as a buyer. She did an amazing job with the dual representation transaction. Within weeks I was able to move into my new home in Springfield VA. Marta was sweet, friendly... and RELENTLESS! She was always available even at some later hours and would even work around my odd work schedule. I'm grateful to her for how quickly she got me into my new place. It wasnt much more than a month. Marta helped me sell my father's house. Marta was knowledgeable, responsive and proactive. She did a great job marketing and negotiating on our behalf. Marta was ALWAYS available to see a house when we needed no matter the time or day. Was very efficient in writing offers immediately given a hot market and would always stay in touch with the sellers realtor. As an added bonus she is very kind and friendly so it makes the process more enjoyable.
