I don't even know where to start with how wonderful a realtor Martha is and how much I would recommend her without hesitation.To make a (very) long story short - Fall of 2022 we had no intention to sell our home, but my husband found our dream property online and filled out the form on Realtor.com to maybe go see it - and like an angel from heaven, Martha responded!The next few months, Martha worked with us tirelessly through one of the most challenging real estate transactions possible. We had bought and sold homes before, so this was not our first rodeo - but we were not ready for how it would be this time. She got our house photographed, listed and found a buyer in just a few days. She worked as a constant advocate for us guiding us through every step of the process - dealing with a challenging seller and team, delayed responses, inspection issues, tense negotiations and constantly moving dates. She was always there for us and doing every thing possible in her power to make things as smooth as possible.After nearly three challenging months, we successfully closed on our sale and our new home purchase - something I attribute mostly to Martha's persistence, advocacy and mind blowing work ethic. With her help, we were able to successful get our forever home!I cannot recommend Martha enough! Whether you are buying or selling, a first timer or an experienced home buyer, she will take care of you. The only downside will be not choosing to work with her sooner!

I HAD TO THINK LONG AND HARD ABOUT THIS REVIEW!. IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO RATE SOMEONE THAT CONSTANTLY GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND OF NORMAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN AGENT. LIKE MOST GREAT THINGS THAT HAS EVER HAPPENED IN MY LIFE,(UNPLANNED EVENTS SOMETIMES TURN OUT BETTER THEN PLANNED ONES) I MET MARTHA BY ACCIDENT ALMOST.. THROUGH THE UNCERTAINTIES OF SEARCHING FOR A HOME AND AGENT AT THE SAME TIME THROUGH ZILLOW I CALLED THE ADDISON GROUP REAL ESTATE OFFICE AND WAS ASSIGNED SOMEONE TO ASSIST. FORTUNATELY I COULD NOT MAKE THE FIRST APPOINTMENT, THE SECOND TIME AROUND THE ORIGINAL AGENT THAT WAS ASSIGNED TO ME WAS UNAVAILABLE AND MARTHA WAS SENT INSTEAD AND THE REST IS HISTORY, LONG STORY SHORT. SHE HELPED ME WITH NOT JUST FINDING A HOME, BUT WITH ACTUALLY SETTLING IN AFTER BUYING, GIVING ME GREAT ADVICE AND ASSISTING IN EVERYWAY POSSIBLE WITH UPMOST PATIENCE.THANK YOU MARTHA.

As first time home buyers looking for a house to start our family, we had no idea what we were doing or looking for, but Martha explained everything and helped us to find our perfect home. She was always very responsive and thoroughly explained every detail. Unfortunately, this process ended up being very stressful and long but Martha was always there for us. But more importantly, she was always fighting for our best interests! Her wide range of contacts from loan officers to septic inspectors was also extremely helpful. These people were the best of the best and helped us quickly move forward with this process. We would not have gotten through this process without her. I would recommend her to anyone, especially first time home buyers.

I've met Martha by accident when I first started looking for a new home in August 2019. I did not know a single thing about purchasing a home. Martha took roughly an hour out of her day to explain how the entire process worked. She was very honest with me and told me the steps I should do to achieve my goal.July 2020 My wife and I finally found our dream home. Without hesitation Martha made time to see the house that we fell in love with. She helped us through the entire process, gave us her recommendations on who we should use. Everyone that she recommended was amazing, and I mean AMAZING. Do not waste your time researching 5 start companies because everyone she suggested had 6!!!Long story short - If you're reading this to decide if you should use her not, my honest answer would be - You're a fool if you don't.Martha Filippone is a good friend, great helper and the best realtor.

Martha was very efficient and respectful to our needs. We would definitely recommend her to a buyer/ investor. She helped us get in contact with a loan officer on a weekend. Really fantastic.
