Marti holds her Broker's license as well as her GRI designation. Marti is a member of the Greater Denton Wise County Association of REALTORS, and currently serves on the Board of Directors as the second Vice President, and also served as Secretary Treasurer and TREPAC Chairperson. She has been active in the Denton Chamber of Commerce and the DISD Adopt-A-School Program for over a decade.

After moving all over the U.S., she moved to Denton, and has adopted it as her hometown. She has three grown children and five grandchildren. Marti and her sister, Lana Gay, have worked together as the "Sister Team" since 2005, focusing on superior customer service, using her vast personal relocation experience to ease the stress associated with the moving experience. She works with buyers and sellers.

Lana Gay is a former middle school teacher who enjoys her second career as a REALTOR. Lana is passionate about customer service, helping her clients make informed decisions about buying and selling homes. In the fall of 2013 she obtained her Brokers License.
