About Martin Thomas

As a full-time licensed agent in MD, DC & VA, a Certified Distress Property Expert, Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, 203K Rehab Specialist, and a Interest Cancellation Specialist.

I work hard and go the extra mile for every buyer and seller I have the opportunity of working with. Providing quality customer service is very important to me, and I strive to exceed their expectations. My ultimate goal is to make the experience of buying or selling your home as smooth as possible.

I've dedicated my career in helping first-time buyers realize their dream in homeownership, and current owners sell their investment(s) and purchase another. I will sit with a buyer and review their credit and develop a step-by-step plan to help improve their credit scores, to make sure that they are getting the best possible loan program that fits their needs.

As a Certified Military Housing Specialist, I provide military clients with information that could help them avoid mortgage delinquencies in the future.  With the “Steps to Foreclosure Prevention”, I can help clients be proactive with their mortgages or guide them to seek the advice of a free, HUD-certified housing counselor if mortgage difficulties arise.

I feel that it's very important to stay informed of all of the new and exciting programs available, and to know the laws that can affect or benefit a buyer or seller.
