Mary Ann has gone above and beyond the "call of duty" in helping us to sell our home. We moved to our new home during the process and because of glitches with an estate sales company, also shouldered the responsibility of helping to clear the home of left-over possessions, see that it was cleaned, properly landscaped, and kept under regular surveillance. She stayed often for frequent open houses and advertised it to our satisfaction. Unlike a previous agent, who never held an open house, nor called us to let us know how things were going, we received weekly and sometimes, twice-weekly phone calls to keep us updated. Our previous agent fought to have photos they had taken of our furnished house removed from the MLS even though we were given those photos. Mary Ann fought to keep them online. Beware of vindictive agents if your house is being photographed. They may keep the rights to photos of your home and possessions. We highly recommend Mary Ann, whom we feel we can trust to look after our empty home and our best interests.

Mary Ann 's the best! I'm a first time home buyer and she guided me through every step. Her knowledge of real estate helped me make decisions and she pointed out things that I never thought about it. And boy I had a lot of questions that she promptly answered. Mary Ann works hard and smart - it really shows. I'm impressed by her professionalism and would highly recommend her.

Maryanne is the most professional, honest, trust worthy real state agent that we have worked with.
