I'm licensed in both Washington and Idaho and I list and sell properties in eastern Washington and North Idaho. My husband & I have spent over 40 years in all phases of residential building. For the past 20 years I've specialized in marketing residential, new home construction sales, and resort properties. I also service commercial and vacant land sales. I have a large inventory of building lots for new construction homes and great financing available.
