Mary was wonderful and very involved and responsive. It took me over a year to find the ideal place and Mary was there through the whole experience. She is definitely an asset to her profession. If I wanted to buy another house Mary would be my realtor.

Mary guided us thorugh the purchase of a 170 acre family compound in NH as well as two rental investment condos, and quickly found us tenants for them. She truly cares about her clients and takes great satisfaction in seeing them succeed in their goals.
Mary understands the Monadnock region as a native knows the quirks and features of its many towns. You can trust her to find that perfect place for you.
We have had a working relationship with her for the past five years.

I worked with Mary for almost a year to sell my mother's house: We would have it much quicker if I had priced the house correctly to begin with, but better to start somewhat high than somewhat low. Mary was great to work with, took excellent pictures of the house for the listing, showed the house to numerous potential buyers, and helped manage the seller-buyer relationship. She also recommended local vendors to me to get the house in better shape. In a competitive market (there were several houses for sale in town), she helped to make mom's house stand out.

We worked with Mary for over a year looking for just right place and ended up buying the 2nd place we had visited. In that time, she tirelessly introduced us to many different towns & properties. She has a wonderful knowledge to the communities & the market.
Two years later, she helped us find an investment/rental condo. Each time she was professional, honest, and a delight to work with.
