I usually am leery of all 5 star reviews, but my five stars are absolutely sincere in regards to Mary Beth Buckle's performance buying/selling our homes. Mary Beth is a fully engaged real estate agent with her finger on the pulse of orange county. Mary Beth makes the daunting process of real estate sales as easy and efficient. We are just settled into our dream home, but if I found myself in the real estate market again, I would go directly to Mary Beth Buckles for all of my needs.

There are a lot of decisions that have to be made when it comes to selling and/or buying a home. One of the first decisions is choosing a real-estate agent. I have worked with many real estate agents in the past and I would not have been willing to recommend them, but Mary Beth is different. We worked with Mary Beth in both buying and selling a home and she was able to provide exactly what you want from a real estate agent. In general, she was knowledgeable in the areas we were looking but where she may have not been familiar with a particular property or sub-development that we branched into, Mary Beth would spend the time to do the research and come back with data and information that we could use.We started the buying process with Mary Beth while we were out of state and her availability and willingness to do virtual walk-throughs with us was great (essentially she would do a live walk through of a property with us while on Skype).Most importantly to me, when it came to negotiations, we felt that Mary Beth was on our side (both during the purchase and the sale). It is this trait that I find most valuable. With so many other agents I have felt that they were pressuring us to make a quick sale; buying high and selling low. Buying a home is too important to not have someone on your side. Mary Beth understood our goals and worked for us.
