I truly don’t know how to put into words how incredible Mary is. My husband and I were first time homebuyers, who started looking for a home in this crazy 2020-2021 market. From the start Mary was so responsive and knowledgeable about all things real estate. She worked with our weird schedule and kept us realistic about the process. Mary was truly an asset when it came to seeing houses that had some major and minor red flags. She is not at all the agent that is just trying to get a sale out of you. She made us feel like our goals and best interest was ALWAYS the priority. Mary knew how to work our offers to make them standout amongst many others. And finally, because of her experience in every aspect of real estate, she helped direct us to some of the most diligent inspectors, roofers, contractors, etc.

I recently sold a house that I had listed with Mary. It was my first time selling a house so I had a lot of questions/concerns as I was a newbie. Mary was very responsive in answering my questions/concerns which kept me calm throughout the process. Mary was also able to recommend contractors for repairs and a lawyer for the contract/closing, both of which provided quality services at a very competitive rate. Overall the house was listed and sold in a timely basis at a price above listing so I was very satisfied with the process.

Very personable and felt like family after a two year plus process of buying our home. She sold our home over ask within a day of it being listed. She found us our forever home and took the time to make sure it was perfect for us. Mary notified us as soon as our house was listed and arranged everything with the builder to make sure it was ours. She walked us step by step through the entire process and we still stay in touch to this day :)
