Mary Heed has always loved real estate. When she was 12 years old she presented her parents with a long list of items that needed repair in her home. Little did she know that first punch list would lead her to real estate.

Mary was raised in Cornwall NY and went to college in Boston. After college, she settled in Manhattan & worked in the media industry for 25 years at companies like MTV, Nielsen TV ratings and A&E.

After years in corporate America, she wanted to be closer to family and moved back to her hometown of Cornwall NY in Orange County. This was a chance to re-invent herself and she started a new career in real estate focusing on flipping houses. Home design and construction was a lifelong dream so a natural next step would be real estate sales. Her knowledge of construction serves her well in her sales position.

As a real estate salesperson, she prefers a very consultative approach. Mary believes clients are best served when they spend more time listening than talking. She takes the time to understand the needs and desires of her clients.
