We purchased a home from another realtor. We moved across country to Greenville. Upon moving in we discovered the house would not come close to suiting us. That realtor couldn’t have cared less. We felt stuck. By accident we stopped in to an open house in the neighborhood we really wanted to be in, but were told we couldn’t afford by our original realtor. That is where we met Mary Jane. She listened to our story although we had no intention of moving again. She offered to help in every way possible. She made a miserable situation perfect. She sold the house that didn’t work for us and put us into the perfect house without the first glitch. She certainly is a pros pro when it comes to real estate. Thank you for everything Mary Jane!!!

It was a pleasure meet Mary Jane Freeman. She is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and always available. She helps us to find a wonderful home in a move from Los Angeles to Greenville, SC during the Pandemic. It was not an easy time, with a lot of stress for the situation, a lot of different needs for our family...and my husband very demanding. Mary Jane was on top of everything. Her help didn't stop at the closing either as she makes her self available anytime for questions about the area and recommendations about whatever we needed. We highly recommend her services to anyone considering a move here! She's great!

Absolutely a terrible negotiator. Ms. Freeman allowed the buyers agent to drive the negotiations to sell my property. Once the contract was written she became an advocate for the buyer and their agent. She wanted to agree to repairing petty visual requests such as two nail protrusions in a closet ceiling. She caved to everything the buyer and their agent asked for creating a very hostile selling experience. I finally came to the conclusion that for her it was all about the commission check not acting in my best interest as her client. She would be the next to last agent I would call to either sell or buy a property.

MJ sold our house in 3 months after it had been on the market for a year with another realtor! She is very professional yet personable. We had already moved to another state but she kept us informed of everything going on and was a life saver during the closing process.

Mary Jane Freeman is the best real estate agent. This is our second time working with her and a third and fourth are in the works. She is so very helpful, guiding us along the way but not being forceful. She gives her input when needed but lets you make the decisions. We needed to make repairs and we didn’t know anyone. She was always able to provide us with names of licensed people to help. She kept us up to date on all steps of the process and how things went after each showing. We couldn’t ask for someone better to help us buy or sell our home.

Mary Jane was simply amazing!!! She has to be one of the most patient people I have ever met. She showed us countless homes over a year. She was always willing to go on the spur of the moment and when she was with other clients she sent her assistant. We even looked at one on Christmas Eve! She took my calls even when she was on vacation. Thanks to her patience and persistence we found our dream home.
