A life-long resident of Maine, Mary Libby Herbert has combined persistent, creative energy, passion for the state of Maine and extensive knowledge of the real estate market to become one of Maine's most successful real estate brokers since beginning her career in 2002. Since 2003, Herbert has been the leader in 1 - 5 million dollar dollar sales in the coastal town of Cape Elizabeth, selling more waterfront property than any other broker, working as both a listing and selling agent.

Herbert's portfolio began with Cape Elizabeth waterfront and extended to property in all of Southern Maine. Her real estate experience encompasses all of Greater Portland, including Portland's West End and the islands of Casco Bay, as well as extensive land development. She works with buyers and sellers in all price ranges and is passionate about the relationships she develops with her clients.

Extending beyond her real estate career, is her portfolio of home renovations and she welcomes the opportunity to work on design projects involving complete renovation, interior design and new builds. She prides herself in what she considers a gifted ability to transform properties with a keen eye and a savvy sense of color and space.

Herbert joined The Swan Agency Sotheby's International Realty in 2010 after owning Mainestyle Realty. Prior to Mainestyle, she had affiliations with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, RE/MAX By The Bay and Legacy Properties Sotheby's International Realty, all located in Greater Portland.
