Mary Lynn was referred to me in 2009 when I finally decided to purchase my first house. Her guidance was invaluable as I launched into the world of home ownership. I had a great experience with MaryLynn Heinen buying my home in 2007 and then selling it in 2012. She listened carefully to my preferences and found a home that fit my budget and needs. I did not hesitate to ask her to list my home for sale in 2012! She knew the market and worked well with the staging service and local repair service to make sure my home was ready to be shown. MaryLynn has a great knack for understanding other realtors and their clients, and knew how to present my home in the best light. She held an excellent open house, and was persistent in following up leads after every showing. She provided very detailed information for the local websites and kept me apprised of the viewing stats. My home sold in 66 days thanks to her wisdom and hard work! I can highly recommend her work as a realtor and would use her services again in a heartbeat!
