I have first-hand experience with transactions that involve a short sale, bank-owned and foreclosure, in addition to basic transactions. Each real estate transaction is unique, so I focus my energies to be sure I do everything in my power to deal with all necessary details through the closing process.

As you read the recommendations on this site, two major characteristics that come through are that I am honest and persistent.

Whether working for the seller, buyer or both, I give my best to see each transaction through from beginning to end.

Every deal is different, so if I come up against something for which I don't have the answer, I will do everything within my power to get the answer. If hitting a snag, I do everything within my power to find a solution and keep the process moving along.

I enjoy helping folks locate the right home for them. I truly enjoy the hunt and seeing the excitement that comes with finding "the one."
