Matt Bloomingdale did a great job of finding my dream home. He was responsive to my texts day and night. We were able to quickly see a house I loved on our first day, and put an offer in the next day. Matt was able to negotiate for almost all the repairs needed, got a home warrantee from the seller, and my offer was below the listing price. He helped me close quickly, and made sure I understood the whole process since this was my first home purchase. Matt was able to refer me to a great inspector who got it done quickly. I would definitely recommend Matt to future homebuyers!
