Having been a financial services sector investor the past 20 years and an active investor in many real transactions over this time, I have never come across a realtor like Matt Diamond. Unfortunately, most realtors are simply middle men or women that simply don’t immerse themselves in the deal and still carry a grandiose sense of entitlement with their commissions, whether its really earned or not. Matt is different, he is in it with you like no realtor I have ever worked with. He’s not just an order taker looking to get an easy commission hit. He takes your time, never rushes you, gets to know your family and it’s needs, and is the most generous and honest realtor I’ve ever worked with or come across. I’ll spare every detail, but when I tell other buyers and investors about my experience with Matt - the first reaction is “wow, that’s an amazingly hard working, honest and genuine realtor”. Matt was very responsive and professional through out the entire process from helping me located the value property i was looking for and through the complex closing process for a home in probate. Working with Matt is the BEST real estate "move" you could make. I've worked with others and Matt is by far the FINEST! He is professional, extremely knowledgeable and fun to work with. He returned calls, texts and emails promptly and was able to get into properties extremely quickly. He followed up immediately with comparisons that were accurate, insightful and very helpful in making decisions. When my situation changed and needed to make a quick move Matt made it happen. Matt knows how to get a deal done!!! As busy as he is, he always treated me like I was his best client and friend. I plan to use Matt again for future real estate transactions and definitely will refer him to friends and family.

Matt D took a bad situation during our Waterloo time and got us a buyer before we lost the home to the town. He also referenced me a couple times when our credit was in the toilet afterwards.

Matt is one helluva agent people none better. Give him a try but remember nobody is a miracle worker but he comes close.What has he done for me? Sold 2 properties and helped me with a quick fix mobile home too. And, he goes much further than the buy and sell process. So Gove him the ball and he will score for you.

Highly, highly recommend! Matt is amazing. He has excellent knowledge of the market, is on top of communication, does his research, is organized, and gives straightforward and really wise advice. We used him to buy a house two years and then again to sell it (at nearly double the purchase price) this year. He is kind, easy to work with, and goes the extra mile for his clients.
