Excellent to work with! Honest, professional, knowledgeable,easy to work with and overall great guy. We actually met Matt when we made an offer on a house he was selling for one of his clients (and subsequently lost as we were outbid). We had had a terrible time selling our home and finding a new one and had a very bad taste in our mouths about realtors as we had some bad experiences with others along the way. We were ready to give up. When we needed our home sold we searched/talked to multiple realtors but none of them seemed like the right fit. We remembered about "the realtor we lost our dream home to" and realized that although we didn't get the house we wanted, Matt was doing his job for his client (his sellers). He worked hard to get them the best price for their home and always had their best interest in mind. Those qualities were exactly what we wanted in the realtor to sell our home. We called him on a Sunday and he met with us right away. In addition we gave Matt a small time frame to get the house sold, he was confident he could do it and he was right. Our house was sold the first day on the market at full asking. No issues, smooth transaction. Prior to Matt I was told by another realtor that "not all closings are warm and fuzzy" and I didn't believe that was right and I'm glad Matt was able to prove that comment wrong. Our closing was great and we the buyers of our home were happy as well. I am happy knowing our home was finally going to the right buyers who would appreciate it as much as we did. And that made the sale so much more easy and comfortable and it's all thanks to Matt. We Will hopefully work with him again in the future but until then we will keep the referrals coming.

He worked very hard to find the home that fit my needs. Once the process started, he was able to recommend reliable professionals who made the whole process go very smoothly. Matt and his team provided exceptional service. I recently sold and purchased and used MPT for both transactions. Matt was able to sell my house in short time and find me a new house just as fast. I also appreciated the way Matt coordinated with the mortgage company (movement mortgage), home inspectors and real estate lawyers. Matt's team was able to schedule both my closings on the same day, 30 minutes apart. All i needed to do was show up. Thanks Matt!

Matt and his team are absolutely fantastic realtors! I would recommend anyone else, nor would I ever work with anyone else ever again.I was recommended to Matt by my mom, I had been house hunting for months (first time home buyer). Matt was patient, helpful, available and responsive. Regardless of how many times a day I emailed him, how many houses I wanted to see, or how many stupid questions I asked he was patient and readily available. After 8 months of searching, and finally finding a house I wanted to put an offer on. Matt was more than knowledgeable on the process, and even went out of his way to meet the selling realtor at dinner to get my offer signed before a competing offer was put on the table.I cannot say enough great things about Matt Patty, and his entire team. He even continues to follow up and touch base regularly with both me and my mom. Matt is like part of the family now! :) If you don't pick Matt Patty to represent you - you're a fool.

When we purchased our first home in 2012, we used another realtor that made the home buying process a disaster. It really made us anxious to sell our home and buy a new home. We knew Matt personally from his volunteer work in the NICU at Women & Infants so when the time came we gave him a shot. Matt went above and beyond for us when selling our home and buying a new home. Our house sold in 5 days but we hit many bumps with the purchase of our new home but Matt was always there day or night to answer any questions we had. Matt is extremely professional but certainly has a sense of humor that made selling and buying, which can often be a difficult time, more fun. We would absolutely recommend Matt for anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home. Without a doubt he is one of the best!
