Matt is fantastic. He was patient and helpful without ever once being pushy the way some agents are. He always made time for us, no matter how short notice, which was key in this insanely hot market. He is extremely knowledgeable and even referred us to an outstanding mortgage broker. We just closed yesterday and I cannot speak highly enough of our experience working with him.

Being a first time home buyer is daunting enough, but especially in times where inventory is incredibly low, and bidding wars are the norm. I honestly thought my dreams of buying my first home may have to wait, but Matt helped me every step of the way! He was always prompt with his responses, sent me the most updated property listings, and got me in for showings at convenient times! I just got the keys to my first home, and I couldn't be happier! I can't recommend Matt enough! You need a realtor who cares about their clients, and that's definitely him!

From day one, our experience with Matt was pure excellence. We were randomly paired with Matt through Zillow, which is wild because he's the kind of guy you expect to meet only through the recommendation of a trusted friend. We saw a house and realized we weren't quite ready to buy yet, but our short time together was so positive that months later when we were looking again, he was the first person I reached out to. This review is weeks overdue. But you’ll have to excuse me, I’ve been getting settled in my new place! You will not be disappointed to choose Matt. He’s honest, no pressure and patient. It’s a crazy market so you need someone to really guide you. There were no dumb questions and sometimes brutally honest answers. I’m going to refer all my friends to him.
