Matt helped my partner and I find our first home, and we are so thankful that he was there to guide us through the process. Matt worked with us for the better part of five months helping to coordinate showings, informing us of open houses, and meeting with us to walk through homes. He was always easily accessible and flexible, agreeing to meet us nights and weekends around our work schedules. We had a great experience working with Matt as our buyer's agent during the search for our first home. He is down to earth and honest, and we were really grateful for this as this seems to be more the exception than the rule when navigating the process of acquiring real estate. He always responded promptly to us. He was reliable and did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. He was very helpful when we were looking at homes, often pointing out both positive and negative things that we would not have noticed without his help. Matt is awesome! We feel so fortunate to have found him through Zillow. We moved to RI from out-of-state and did 99% of our first-time home buying search remotely. Matt knows the Barrington area extremely well and he became our RI teacher and ambassador. He was patient, thorough, responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Matt helped us purchase our new home in RI from out of state. He went above and beyond many times, from arranging showings to taking the lead on negotiations and timelines to lending us a table and chairs when we had no furniture for 4 days.
