Mauri represented us in the sale of our large and unique house in Sarasota, east of the Interstate. There were several elements of our home which made it unusual and therefore right for someone, but not for all. On 2 1/4 acres, it certainly was not a tract home. Because of its differentness, it needed exposure to the market...the more the better. Mauri was very good at holding regular open houses and sending information to the several people who stopped on the side of the road to write down her number from her sign. The house was on the market for 6 months, which we felt was not an over-long amount of time to sell a one-of-a-kind property.

Mauri was very helpful in our home purchase in the Venice area. She was very patient with a couple of deals that feel thru because of one thing or the other and continued to provide homes to look at that fit what we were looking for. The deal finally got done after an extended time period. The timing was because we were traveling from the St Louis area and looking to relocate. Thanks for all the help!

We were referred to Mauri by a common friend, but still did not know quite what to expect as we were from California and remotely looking for a home in Florida. We signed up with Mauri and exchanged ideas on what we were looking for in the Bradenton area. We flew into town to start looking and Mauri had scheduled a day of visiting multiple homes. It turns out we were most interested in the first one, and later that night, Mauri guided us into placing an offer, which was accepted. Mauri then actually scheduled an inspection for the very next day. All checked out fine, and we thought the rest would be uneventful, until Hurricanes Helene and Milton hit. To say the least, we were a bit freaked out, but Mauri calmly guided us through the process to follow. Thankfully, there was very little damage to the home, but Mauri once again was able to help us with additional inspections to confirm that the home was still a solid deal. While we had to move the closing date about 10 days into the future, all closed smoothly. Along the way, Mauri successfully negotiated additional inspections and minor fixes to the property, assuring us that all would be fine. Thereafter, Mauri continued to follow up with us, as she recommended contractors to help with remodeling and insurance agents to provide homeowners and flood insurance. Now we are two months past closing, and Mauri still calls to make sure all is well in our transition to the Sunshine State. We highly recommend Mauri and most emphatically applaud her calming presence throughout the home buying process, especially in the near eye of the hurricanes. Thanks Mauri!

Mauri Blefeld worked her tail off on our home search It took many searches and miles on her part. Living out of state is a challenge in looking for a home, and Mauri did a lot of leg work for us. We finally found an ideal home and arranged a viewing - actually a couple or more viewings. We were so impressed we worked with Mauri and MBN to close the deal.
